Author Chris Evans discusses his book, South of the Mouth of Sandy

Paris native Chris Evans' book about the old 23rd District (now the Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge) is a compelling history of the people who lived south of the Big Sandy River. In this interview, Evans discusses his personal path to becoming an author of this regional history, the story of the Old 23rd, the writing process and more.
